Level 10, 11 and 12
Level 5, 8 10, 11 and 12 consisted of 20 meeting rooms and a reception area with most meeting rooms interfaced via RS232 to a Crestron Based AV System. This interface allows complete control of the dimming control system in a room via the Crestron Touch Panel Interface.
In addition to the AV Interface the SceneMaster8000 System is interfaced with the Delmatic Lighting System to allow control from the building¹s ³Front End². Hilson Moran specified the concept of a LonworksTM interface and detailed that each room should be controllable from the Delmatic System Front End. The Expert team at LEAX with many years of LonworksTM experience designed and produced an interface specification for complete integration. The Scheme utilized an ³off the shelf² LonworksTM gateway device manufactured by Loytec that allowed Delmatic to seamlessly control all the LEAX SceneMaster8000 meeting rooms via the typical LonworksTM Network Variable approach. This was the ideal integration scenario as there was no need to develop specific hardware for the integration or develop bespoke software, this approach transformed Hilson Moran¹s Vision into reality.
